Mestrelab Research SL announces today that it has reached an exclusive agreement for the distribution of its software products in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden) with the Swedish company Chemalys Scientific AB. In virtue of this agreement, Chemalys will become, with immediate effect, the exclusive distributor for Mestrelab’s range of high quality scientific software in those territories.
Santi Dominguez, CEO of Mestrelab, commented on the agreement: ‘We are delighted with having completed this agreement with Chemalys. The Nordic market is very important to us, and we have traditionally enjoyed a lot of support from users in that area. We want to enhance the quality of the service we offer users in those countries, by having a local presence both for commercial and technical support. Chemalys is a company I am sure we will work very well with, with a long standing presence in Scandinavia and with a lot of experience in Analytical Chemistry, particularly in LC/GC/MS but also in NMR, so it is very well positioned to support our users successfully on a local basis.’
Jan Nordin, President and CEO of Chemalys added: ‘Mestrelab’s products fit very well into Chemalys software portfolio. With the ability to combine NMR and MS data at a reasonable price and with our experience and contacts in the Nordic markets, we are confident this association will be a great success.’
