One of the most interesting things is the ability to access files from most of the NMR machines.
I’ve been using your products and interacting with your customer service for over 10 years. My experience has exceeded my expectations and therefore I would not use any other product.
I still mostly use the old NMR interface but I’m getting more used to the new one.
