We have come to the unfortunate decision that proceeding with the Summit would constitute unnecessary risk of COVIR-19 infection to participants, and then their families and friends. The only outcome is to not hold the qNMR Summit as initially planned for March 25-26, 2020 in Santiago de Compostela.
We apologise for any inconvenience or loss of booking costs.
If you placed a reservation at the conference hotel, Hotel AC Palacio de Carmen, then you may cancel the booking by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The postponed meeting will carry the same registration cost, and will be valid for the next qNMR Summit to be held end of October/early November. If you prefer, we will refund this cost if you are not sure you can make it. Please email email@example.com with details.
We unfortunately cannot assist with the retrieval of travel costs.
Thank you for your interest in the Summit. We have every intention of holding the meeting in the autumn, and will contact you with revised arrangement details. We hope to have a similar, and equally excellent line-up of speakers!
We hope that you and your loved ones remain healthy through this crisis.
We are looking forward to the next qNMR Summit in 2020. We have a beautiful, historic venue selected for another exciting meeting!
The “qNMR Summit” is a regular feature of the conference landscape. After 5 previous events in Europe and the USA, we are back in Europe again for the 6th qNMR Summit.
The scope and adoption of using qNMR for compound quantitation, purity determination, mixtures analysis, etc. is a growing field. The adoption od NMR for the purpose may be attributable, in part, to the method being a “universal detector”, where all species have the same response.
You should attend this meeting regardless of your technical level in quantitation: there is something for everyone. The meeting is usually quite small and intimate, and well supported by sponsors. This affords the best opportunity for you to interact with scientists and vendors.
Finally, we have the location. We are proud to be holding the event in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Situated in the North-Western, Galician region, the city has enchanted visitors for hundreds of years. The charm of the Old City derives from its architecture, unique role in the Christian religion, and its famous gastronomy.
Please set these dates aside for the meeting. More details and registration will be forthcoming. Contact us with considerations to make this meeting a great success. Local organizer: firstname.lastname@example.org
