What we’re looking for…
We are currently seeking a Software Quality Control Specialist to join our QC team at our location in Santiago de Compostela.
The successful candidate will join our highly motivated, multinational, and multidisciplinary team of chemists, physicists, mathematicians, and engineers focused on the continuous development of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Holds a university degree or higher in Chemistry or Biochemistry, ideally at the Master’s or PhD level (a BSc will also be considered).
- Has one year of experience working in Analytical Chemistry and using Analytical Chemistry software applications.
- Possesses the ability to handle different operating systems, platforms, and devices.
- Has a good command of English, primarily in reading and writing. Spoken English will be an asset.
- Is willing to take a hybrid position.
- Has good communication skills.
- Is good at paying attention to detail.
Will be considered an asset:
- Experience in scientific software design, development, or programming.
- Experience in Software Quality Control.
- Basic coding knowledge.
- Fluency in any additional language spoken and written.
