Fabrice obtained his PhD degree in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry focused on the design & synthesis of potential inhibitors of the reverse transcriptase of HIV I. After a short postdoctoral experience in Pr Maruoka’s group at University of Hokkaido working on organometallic catalysts he moved to work in the group of Pr Motta at the CNR in Naples where he specialized in the NMR driven 3D structure elucidation of proteins. Fabrice then moved back to its original area of expertise at Sterix, a spin off company of the University of Bath and Imperial College of London. There he helped develop several medicinal chemistry programs in oncology specifically targeting the angiogenesis. Moving to Spain, Fabrice joined Novalix, a French CRO specialized in offering insourcing and outsourcing services to the pharmaceutical industry. As a project manager then team leader he collaborated in numerous H2L and LO projects for clients such as Janssen Cilag and Eli Lilly until he joined Mestrelab.
