Aida López Casadomestrelab
Born in Láncara (Lugo) in 1990. She obtained her B.Sc in Physics, specializing in Nuclear and Particle Physics in 2013 and the M.Sc in Nuclear and Particle Physics and its Medical and Technological applications in 2014, both at the University of Santiago de Compostela . Later she benefited from a grant from the Spanish Government to carry out her PhD at the same University and in collaboration with the IGFAE (Instituto Galego de Física de Altas Enerxías), on the composition of the Cosmic Rays, analyzing the data of the Pierre Auger Observatory (Argentina) and specializing in management and development of the software of the Collaboration. During this stage, she made several stays in international research centers such as Centro Atómico de Bariloche in Argentina or Laboratório de Instrumentação e Física Experimental de Partículas in Lisbon, Portugal. She has joined the Mestrelab team in December 2018 to work on scripting and automation projects.
